Overtime is $110.00 per half hour. Balance plus sales tax is due one week after your wedding date. All balances shall be paid in full prior to the release of any photographs.

Parent Packages
Parent Albums may be added to any wedding package. Your parents will receive a beautiful Legacy Album. The photographs are double matted to create a rich classic way to display your wedding memories. The album is available in your choice of ivory or black bonded leather. Parents have their choice of three different packages.
Package A
One 10 x 10 Legacy Album containing:
4- 8 x 10, 4- 5x7 and 8- 4x5 photographs of their choice.
Additional pages (including page and 2 mats) may be purchased for $16.00 each.
Package B
One 7x7 Legacy Album containing:
14 -5x7 photographs of their choice.
Additional pages (including page and 2 mats) may be purchased for $13.00 each.
Package C
One 5x5 Legacy Album containing:
20- 4x5 photographs of their choice.
Additional pages (including page and 2 mats) may be purchased for $9.00 each.

Each option is affordably priced at $325.00 per package if prepaid prior to the wedding date. After the wedding the cost is $375.00 per package.

Additional Wedding Information

Deposits - A $300.00 nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. 120 days prior to your event another $1000.00 is required. 14 days prior to your event the balance of your package, travel fees, preview book cost and sales tax is due. (If the wedding date is within 120 days $1300.00 will be required to secure your event date.)

Price Guarantee - Once you have signed your contract we will maintain the current pricing through your initial order. Thereafter regular studio pricing applies.

Discounts - Save 10% off orders placed before your wedding and 5% off orders placed 30 days after your wedding date. Also save 10% when you order 3 or more custom products (save the date cards, invitations, favors, bookmarks, books etc.)

Preview Books - The Preview Book contains edited and cropped 4x5 photographs of all images shown to you. The preview book maybe purchased for $650.00 prior to the wedding day. Additional preview books are $600.00 each (if ordered and paid for prior to the wedding). If you choose not to prepay for your preview book you may purchase it after the wedding for $725.00. The preview book cannot be purchased more than 30 days after your wedding date.

Overtime - Photographers can always continue to photograph beyond the contracted time. The cost for this is $85.00 per half hour. Balance plus sales tax is due one week after your wedding date. All balances shall be paid in full prior to the release of any photographs.

Travel Fees - The travel fee for events within 50 miles from our studio is $65.00, or 75¢ per mile, which ever is greater.

Master DVD* -

This excludes the complete Preview Book unless previously purchased.

The cost of purchasing the Master DVD is minimal allows you to have a digital record of your wedding day memories.

Unforgettable Images will retain your file for 1 year. All files will be destroyed after 1 year period has passed.

Individual Print Prices

Textures and Canvas can be added to most print sizes. Please ask for a custom quote for your needs.
